Click the "Setup" button under the timer to open the "Timer Setup" window. Configure each setting to your liking and click "Save."
Once you've configured the timer to your liking, click "Start" to begin your workout. Click "Stop" to end your session early.
Simply create a bookmark of the URL to your setup! This will allow you to access your setup in the future without having to reconfigure the timer.
You can copy and paste the URL under the timer on your social media, blogs, etc.. to share your workout routine with friends and family.
